If you wish to penalise individuals for driving abuse then penalise them for speeding and drunk driving etc.
I’m yet to follow a police automobile in normal traffic, that doesn’t fluctuate in speed just that tiny bit above and below the limit and most of their automobiles have cruise control.
Well that is my gripe. No more moaning!
